Public transport is a 15 min walk, and shops including cafes and restaurants are located 800 mtrs away. Bus 406 takes you via Highpoint Shopping Centre to Victoria University in Footscray or to the begining of Tram Line 57 which goes into the City. Bus/tram stop around 15 min walk. With easy access to the Western Ring Road, Tullamarine Freeway and only 15 minutes from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. Next door suburbs are Maribyrnong, Footscray, Essendon, East Keilor, Airport West, Tullamarine, Maidston and braybrook. Moneeponds and Ascot Vale are 10 minutes away.
The house offers open plan living with cathedral ceiling and plenty of natural light all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped and with a generous breakfast bar, sink and dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven. There is a buttlers pantry with plenty space for your groceries. Bedrooms offer also plenty of natural light and views of the park across from the house. Central heating and blinds are installed throughout. The main bathroom is only shared between two people (2 tenants) as I have my own ensuite bathroom. There is plenty storage in the bathroom for toiletries for two people. There is an outside patio at the back of the house big enough to enjoy a barbeque or drink in a balmy summer night. An electric BBQ is at your disposal. There is also a small vegie/herb raised garden.
One of the rooms for rent (room 1) has a single bed and built in wardrobe, a bed side table and a desk overlooking the park in the front of the house. The other bedroom (bedroom 2) is located on the ground floor and features two big bedside tables, a queen bed and a confortable wardrobe.
The house has a double garage, one of the car spot is free so it can also be hire if need be. There are 6 exterior cameras to secure the house. The driveway is wide enough for three cars to be parked there and it is monitored by one of the cameras.

About the flatmates
I am someone who values respect and the importance of understanding that one's action can affect others. I like to welcome my housemates into the house and I prefer a housemate that likes to interact with others however I also happy to accept someone that prefers to keep to themselves. I do not expect you to spend all your time inside your bedroom ' unless that is what you want to do!!!
My four basic rules are
"clean after my mess
"we greet each other
"no meals in the bedrooms
"no sleep overs
" if there is a problem we talk about it
I am transparent person so I will always will explain my expectations about my new housemate when we first chat on the phone prior to an inspection.
I am looking for someone that is clean, tidy, honest and respectful of others and of the house and that does not get offended easily. We have a cleaning-chore schedules so every two weeks each person including myself, contributes about 1.5 hrs to the common good of the house. My preference of housemate is also for someone who has a stable routine at least during the weekdays, and that works outside the home most of the time.
I love to watch movies, to travel, latin music and also to go for walks around the nearby park and river. I accept all religious and political views as well as all sexual orientations and I am quite open minded.
