About the HOUSE itself: - High, airy ceilings throughout. - Large timber back deck, with a BBQ. - Floors are polished timber throughout bedrooms and living areas, tiles in wet areas. - Shared kitchen space with storage and a small spare room offset from kitchen which is currently rarely used, but if you can think of a use whether it be for storage, then go for it! - The bathroom features tiled floors, and a refurbished claw-foot tub + shower. The water runs reliably hot, and shower has excellent pressure! - There will be another unused room of approx. 2.5M x 3.3M off the hallway, suitable for a study, storage or small home gym etc. - In the afternoons, a refreshing breeze cools the house if you open the double doors out to the deck, and ceiling fans throughout distribute the cool air. - Unlimited internet, pulls Netflix no problems. - Parking is ample, with plenty of room (on the property, behind a large timber fence) and unmetered on-street available out the front also. Definitely enough for a trailer + 4WD, with more room available beneath house for another car.
