My home has a beautiful energy, is cosy, tranquil and very warm. Looking for two people that are very clean and respectful and pay there rent on time. No party animals welcome please. I love living in Kedron because it's so close to everything and there is beautiful cafes. I enjoy cooking and doing a nice BBQ at home to enjoy a wine over. I have fortnightly cleaners and lawn maintenance which you don't have to pay for just to ensure the house stays fresh. Living in Gordon Park is fantastic. Close to Chermside Shopping Center, close to Stafford City, 10mins drive to the city (30mins cycling), basically everything you could need is close. We have an incredible view that really needs to be seen to be believed. It's a great space that has been recently furnished. We're sure you'll enjoy living here as much as we do. Bus is within walking distance, about a 3 minute walk and passes at least every 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the airport. Internet is unlimited and included, as well as Xbox One and Netflix services :D
