Hi, I've lived in this house for 7.5 years, so it really feels like a home and not a share house. We are close to Stafford Road, so Stafford City is only 1km away, bus is a 3 minute walk, and of course the tunnel to the airport or the city is only 2 mins drive away. About 6 km from the city, so getting to town is about 20-30 mins by bus, depending on the traffic. The house is an old Queenslander, a little run down but with loads of character!
