3 story and 3 bedroom town house located in Kedron! Located so close to Stafford city (Kmart + woolies), the Kedron Brook that’s amazing for walks/runs, and 2 min walk to the bus stop that goes straight to the city! Really amazing spot!
The room you’ll be filling is the master bedroom w/ ensuite, a free TV, aircon +ceiling fan, spacious wardrobe and a city view.
The shared spaces are great, with a really spacious living area, and open kitchen with a large island and all necessary appliances. There’s also a beautiful outdoor terrace that makes it lovely to sit outside!
Laundry is located in the garage. Street parking available right outside the property!
The place is mostly furnished (got all the necessities, I’m just working on some more decorating) so all you’ll need is bedroom furniture!

I am quite an active and social person! You’ll usually find me going for a run or walk, going to Pilates, trying new cafes and restaurants or going off on new adventures with my friends. Occasionally I also love to have my friends over to host! But I also appreciate my downtime by watching movies or reading.
I work full time as a scientist in the supplement industry. I sometimes work from home but I like to get out of the house so I’m more than often in the office.
In terms of the home, I’m a person who values having a tidy and clean home! I’m respectful other’s property, space and noise, but always down for a chat or wine night! I really am looking for someone with these same values.
Would love to have a roommate that has similar interests and lifestyle! I have really enjoyed becoming friends with my roommates in the past so hoping to find this dynamic as well x
