I’m looking for an easygoing flatmate to rent the spare unfurnished bedroom with its own private ensuite in my modern apartment in Kedron.
The room and bathroom give you your own private space, while the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and has a fun, vibrant feel, especially in the living area. The place is air conditioned, has Wi-Fi, and a small study nook that’s great for work or study from home.
There’s a good-sized balcony with a BBQ, perfect for chilled evenings or a casual cook-up. The kitchen is fully set up with all the usual appliances and utensils, so you won’t need to bring much beyond your bedroom stuff.

I’m pretty easy-going and respectful, and I like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. I currently live on my own, so I’m used to being independent and considerate of others.
I have a very friendly cat named Pickles — he’s a male tuxedo cat with a great personality and loves people. Outside of work, I try to stay fit and healthy, enjoy relaxing with Netflix or other streaming platforms, and play a bit of PlayStation in my downtime.
I also head down to the Gold Coast about two weekends a month to visit family. Overall, I’m laid-back, social when it suits, and looking for a comfortable, positive place to share.
