It is beautiful newly renovated house.. just finishing off the laundry at the moment, it will be ready to move into early in January. It’s in a good location close to most shops, a new coles and Westfield chermside is a 6 minute bus ride and easy to travel to the city via bus too. It’s a large room with ceiling fan, the lounge has air con and tv it also has a big deck to relax on. It’s very quite . The bathroom isn’t huge has shower over bath and toilet
Awesome location, cheap uber to the valley ;) super close to Westfield and many other shops as well as main arterial roads. Rooftop has wicked views of the city, airport, gateway bridge and Mt Cootha. Apartment is very easy to maintain and does not take a lot of looking after.

Its close to all the basics like cafes pizza shops as well as being 100 m from the kedron brook pathway so its great if you are active. Public transport is close.

And under a 10 min drive to QUT Kelvin Grove (or a 20 min walk). It's very quiet yet so close to everything! Public transport is also very close (a 5 min walk to the Given Tce Post Office bus stop). We are super chill, but we do like to keep a clean house and have a pretty basic cleaning roster in place. The available room is the master bedroom, which is perfect for couples as it has a large wardrobe and ensuite. The downstairs study area is also included in the rent price.
