Bills are split evenly between housemates. We’ve just renewed our lease till the end of 2026 so our 3rd housemate will need to sign on to the lease. No pets or couples sorry : (

About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing with two girls in their 20’s: Nikita works in government and takes on film projects in her free time and SJ who is an artist and spends time using the garage to create her magical works. We’re looking for a female housemate who enjoys a peaceful environment during the week but is also sociable and friendly.
