House is in a quite area and has -Off street parking for 3 cars, -Large kitchen and dining area with gas cooktop, electric double oven, dishwasher and double fridge -Two separate living rooms both set up with TV's -Sun room -Large laundry with front loader and dryer -Medium sized fully fenced backyard with BBQ area. -New carpets throughout. Some storage space is available in the garage for each room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Main living dining has large split system A/C. House is heated throughout with floor heating. Current flatmate is male, 40's, with a Belgium Shepard named Odin. He is considerate of others and works shift work. Public transport (bus) is nearby but place would suit someone with a vehicle.
