Hi, I’m looking for a lovely housemate to share a cozy and beautiful 2-bedroom townhouse.
You’ll be sharing with a young, lovely couple who are very clean and tidy ( they live in downstair and your room is upstair ). They are usually busy ( working 7 days a week - normally from 9am-8pm ) so won’t home much, and they don’t cook often, so the place stays fresh and well maintained. You’ll have plenty of space and privacy to enjoy your time at home.
I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful. House rules are simple: respect each other’s privacy, keep common areas clean, help water the plants at the front of the house ☺️, and give notice if friends are coming over so everyone feels comfortable.
The house is fully set up with everything you need.
Time moving is flexible. But best notice 7 days.
