Hello potetial housemate! Kara and I have a room available in our townhouse in Kensington. It is in a very secure, quiet complex, close to (but not on) Canning Highway. We have easy access to the city, Albany hwy, Curtin uni and the freeway. The room has a small built-in robe and ducted air-conditioning. The house is light, bright and open plan downstairs, with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. There is a separate WC downstairs. Preferably you would have your own bedroom furnishings, however the bedroom could be furnished with a queen sized bed frame and desk, which we are otherwise selling. You will be sharing the rather large bathroom with a tidy girl. It has a both a shower and bath! The rest of the house is fully furnished and has a laundry, gas cooking, lockable outdoor storage room, and a covered patio area in the back yard that's perfect for a BBQ. On-street parking is available if you have a car, as we are currently occupying the garage. Sorry to say no pets are allowed as per the strata regulations. :( However, our lovely neighbour has a cute puppy that loves pats, and a couple of chilled cats may be spotted in complex from time to time (+/- pats). Rent is $140 per week plus bills and we are connected to NBN. We have Stan, and are thinking about updating our ISP. *Bonus* we don't have to pay for water consumption.. it's a strata related reason, which works for us. :) *our furnishings differ slightly from those pictured, as they are care of the real estate company. The layout is essentially the same though. :)

Spacious room in south Perth walking distance from the river, mc donalds, canning highway. -5 minutes from freeway. Bus stop close by. Room have a huge cabinet,a private balcony where you can see the city, fully furnished as in pictures ( besides the bed sheets ...:) One extra study room, which can be commonly used . This is a 3 bedroom house but I don't want live with 3 people in,so really spacious for 2 people only. Especially if our agenda don't clash...;) That's why I'm looking for someone fifo or night shift workers... So we wouldn't tapping into each other and we'll enjoy the house basically alone.

There are plenty of bus routes that will take you to Curtin University, Elizabeth Key or wellington st bus port in the city. We are around the corner from medical centers, farmacias and all amenities including a shopping centre at walking distance (Coles/Kmart/IGA). Parking is on street and pretty safe. A lot of weatherboard houses in Vic Park do not have parking spots. Therefore is quite common to park on the street.

Pool for those sweltering summer days, an active and chill house, who will go out on occasion, and will have company for quiet nights in. It’s a big house too, central to everything, neighbors only to one side and someone who likes to cook in the house too. House is semi furnished with some items going as old housemate leaves, will be buying some but if you were to feel free to add !
Awesome property in an awesome location. Close to cafe strip, walk to the river public transport on your door step. 5 minutes to city as well. Old school house that has been renovated so the bedroom on offer is huge, also has own reverse cycle air con. Plenty of living areas to chill in so not living on top each-other.
Hi there! I have recently purchased my own apartment in the middle of Victoria Park. I own a 2 storey apartment, with the living area downstairs, and bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. It also has an unobstructed view of the city. The building is also very secure, requiring a swipe card to get into the building, as well as to use the lift to get to the upper floors (apartment is located on the top floor). The location of the apartment is great, as it is walking distance to Woolworths, as well as bus stops to get to wherever you need to go. There are also loads of places to eat (too many) which can easily be reached by walking. Another benefit is that the apartment is 5 mins away from Curtin University, 5 mins from Victoria Park train station and about 15 mins away from Perth City. So basically it’s close to everything you really need!
