I am renting this 3 bedroom house, neat and clean housemate wanted for an old but cozy house in Kensington.
I don't have a cleaning schedule (yet), if everyone cleans after themselves it's easy to keep the house nice.
Nice green backyard, easy going housemates, close to public transport to and from the city, bus 33 around the corner, bus 910 is a 10 minute walk, 5-10mins to Curtin Uni.
The bedrooms with high ceiling are huge and fully furnished (fan, AC is in the making, big bed, bedside, desk and chair, wardrobe and drawers etc)
