Hi! We are looking for a new housemate to join our sharehouse in North Richmond. Our house is located on a quiet street and in a great location. Victoria Street is less than 5 minutes walk away (for 109 and 12 trams, North Richmond train station, Hive shopping centre and lots of restaurants) and Bridge Road is about a 10 minute walk away (for 48 and 75 trams and more cafes/restaurants). We are also a short walk from the MCG, Gleadell Street for Saturday morning markets and Citizen Park. Your room is spacious, bright and has an ornamental fireplace. It also has a generous built in wardrobe. At the moment I can fit a double bed, desk, side table and chest of draws. The house has floorboards throughout. It was renovated in 2015 so the bathroom and our appliances (including a dishwasher) are relatively new. We have reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area which is nice throughout the year. We also have a veggie-garden in the backyard (needing some TLC) if that’s your thing. We have a cleaner once a month ($30 each). Sorry no pets allowed.
