This house is located on a superb quiet location and only 10 minute drive away from Collingwood and Fitzroy! The room itself is spacious and ideal for a couple, I lived there with my girlfriend for half a year and we never felt short of space. Hello potential housemates and hopefully friends, This house is full of creaky character but very well positioned near the top of Glenferrie Road. The 16, 109 and 48 tram routes are at either end of our street and Swinburne Uni/Glenferrie station is just down the hill. The available bedroom is spacious (~3.75x3.5m) with tall ceilings and a fireplace that should probably be considered decorative. This room has two built-in wardrobes (hangers+shelving+cupboards). The backyard has soil and sunlight and was a welcome change from apartment living when I moved in last year. There is plenty of room for furniture in the lounge room and bills (ADSL, gas, electricity & water) are split evenly.

Plenty of street parking. Also beautiful parklands a 5 minute walk down the road, perfect for exercise or just relaxing on nice days, my fave!
