We love our house because it's such a beautiful large house. It has polished wooden floor boards downstairs, tiles in the kitchen/lounge area and carpet upstairs. There's a huge spa bath tub in the shared bathroom. Two lounge room areas, so plenty of room for movie/tv watching. The backyard area has grass growing (too slowly for my liking..!). Plenty of off-street parking and right out the front is the 109 tram stop! The 109 goes directly into the city or to Box Hill the other way and runs all night on weekends. House has dishwasher, washing machine, and overall is fully stocked for anything you would need, if you have stuff of your own, plenty of room for more stuff too though! Info about the rooms avaliable right now - Master - master bedroom is upstairs, carpeted, built in wardrobes on both sides of the room (amazing his/her wardrobe!!). Brand new split system A/C/heater. Hey guys! Sadly my housemate has recently been offered a job she can't refuse and therefore needs someone to take over her part of the lease! The apartment is located in the heart of Kew with a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 3 minute walk to the 48 tram which takes you through Richmond and into the city. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious and located in a boutique 12 unit apartment block with underground car parking. The rest of the apartment comes furnished, all you need to do is furnish your own room. Rent is amazing for the area and facilities at $977.50 a month, and bond is $1350. Bills and the unlimited ADSL are split evenly each month. You also need to be willing to go onto the lease which is currently until 20th November 2018 as I am looking for a long term housemate!
