The house is really nice. We have a front yard with reasonable size for chilling with some mates. Air con in the living room and ducted heating available in the house. We also have unlimited internet, washing machine and one garage -you just have to discuss with the housemates who's gonna use the garage. It's also free to park outside the house.

I have 1 room for rent in Balwyn North. The bedroom has an en-suite. The house is mostly furnished, not including your room. We have a double garage with table tennis, couch, gym set and plenty of room for storage. The backyard is large with many trees and hammock set up. There are 2 living areas including a front lounge and sun-room at the back of the house with large couches and TV. The sun-room has aircon and the house is heated with ducted heating. Bills are cheap and will be split 3 ways, Bond is $650 and rent for the room is $680 per month (about $160 per week). Location is great!! The house is a 15 minute drive to CBD, 10 minutes to Brunswick and 5 minutes to Camberwell/Hawthorn. Bus 402 and 404 leaves outside our house which goes to the city and all night weekend trams are 10 minute walk from the house. The area has heaps of large parks and ovals nearby with great bike paths and close access to the Eastern Freeway. Unfortunately no animals and no smoking.

The kitchen has everything you could need, however if you do not want to cook you have so many cafes and restaurant's within a 5-10 minute walk or otherwise Richmond, hawthorn/Glenferrie, Collingwood or Fitzroy are only a few Km's away The lounge has a large TV, stereo, awesome couch etc., the whole place was freshly painted recently so it is very clean & bright. The bathroom has a shower and a separate bath to soak your bones, there is also a washing machine. The balcony is just awesome, sit back and relax under cover and listen and watch the rainbow lorikeets, yellow crested cockatoos and kookaburras, in the evening you can watch the fruit bats fly past ( a few meters from where you are sitting) or in the morning watch the hot air balloons drift past. This apartment is nice and spacious. Stays nice and cool in the summer even on 30 degree days. There's one undercover, off road car park spot that comes with the apartment (which is great but I don't drive so I'm not fussed if you use it). Has a balcony to chill on whenever you want. Close to public transport with the 48 tram at the end of the street (less than 5min walk) and the 109 tram about a 10min walk from the apartment. Quick and easy public transport to Glenferrie station and Swinburn Uni. Unlimited internet access.

We have just secured a beautiful home in leafy Ivanhoe East. The house is a 4-bedroom house and we have one more room available.
