We are a stones throw from the CBD, MCG and there are awesome bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The place is also really well kept, has a great balcony with killer views of the cityscape and aircon to make the summer bearable as well. I’ve also got an awesome BBQ which you’re welcome to use and it’s great for having friends over on a summers day. My current housemate, who is moving out after getting engaged, is a really good mate and I’d say the best thing about living here has been that we get along well. Definitely looking to keep that vibe!

Car space is being used however I’m sure a street permit is possible. Bond is $1300 per person, so $2600 for a couple.
