The Cabarita village with restaurants, pub and supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Room will be unfurnished except for a small cupboard that was here when we moved in. This is a simple 1 bedroom flat. It is fully self contained with combined laundry/bathroom. Kitchen/lounge/dining. Own courtyard with fully enclosed fence. There is a 1 carpark area directly outside your gate. My daughter and I live upstairs and live a relatively quiet life and we expect those wishing to share the property to be the same. Definitely a non smoker. No parties. Must work. No pets. If we have people over for a celebration we will give our flatmate the heads up and we will require the same courtesy in return. We understand that we all have reasons to at times have a get together. A usual day will have us start at 6am and retire around 10/10.30pm so we would appreciate our flatmate to not have televisions, stereos and the like being used at unfair volumes outside these times. Internet access will only be available during these hours unless otherwise pre organised. I work from home and this can mean that at times there will be customers from 6.30am in the home however usual start time is 8.30am. The workroom has a combined wall with the flat bedroom hence the reason for mentioning this. If you feel this property would suit you I'll be pleased to hear from you. No timewasters.
