About the property
We’ve got a cozy, easygoing home in Banora Point, it’s a chill spot in a quiet neighbourhood that’s still super close to everything (shops, beaches, Coolangatta, etc.). It’s a 3 bedroom house with one study room and 2 bathrooms, a nice open living space, and a decent backyard that’s great for relaxing or having a coffee in the sun.
The kitchen’s fully equipped, there’s a separate laundry.
Street parking is easy and always available. We keep things pretty tidy and like the house to feel relaxed and comfortable, not a party house, just a nice space to come home to.
You’ll be living with me (Miguel) and my Dog Luna (Border collie x Rottweiler), and Jessica and our friend Kaishi from Japan. We’re friendly, easy to live with, respectful of space, and always up for a chat or sharing a laugh in the kitchen.
We all share the responsibility of the gardens so you’ll need to be fine with doing some gardening every now and then.
All bills are included in the Rent.

Hi there! We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing person to join our lovely home in Banora Point. You'll be living with me (30 yrs old) and my Dog Luna, Jessica (32yrs old) and our awesome flatmate Kaishi (22). We're a friendly and chilled household, open-minded, tidy, and always down for a good chat but also respectful of each other’s space.
The house is spacious and filled with natural light. We’ve got a great setup including a nice backyard, shared living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is shared, and we all contribute to keeping common areas clean.
We’re located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just a short drive to the beach and close to shops and public transport. Rent is $258 per week with bills Included.
We’re looking for someone who fits the vibe, working or studying, reliable with rent, and up for making this house feel like a home.
