We have one room available in our sharehouse in Kingscliff.
$283/w + internet ($22/m) and electricity monthly (~$30-40/m).

The room available is 2.6x3.4m and has 2 windows (N+E facing), a built-in robe and a fan. It’s on the smaller side, but fits a queen bed.

The house is furnished with one shared bathroom, and 2 separate toilets (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs).
Kitchen and living are downstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.

There's a veggie garden (so if you have a green thumb that's a bonus), plenty of storage, and is in a great, quiet location and a 7-minute walk to the beach.

Suitable for a quiet and friendly single (no couples or kids).
Ideally around a similar age.
We are both pretty easygoing, but we value having a quiet, tidy, clean home and open communication.
Not suitable for a smoker, or someone who enjoys a heavy party lifestyle.
Unfortunately not pet-friendly.
Long-term is preferred.

I also try to keep the house somewhat eco-friendly, so more natural and low-tox products in the house etc.

You will need to provide rental references, pay a bond and apply to be on the lease.
