A gem in the heart of good old Footscray! So mateys, I've got two Victorian 3 bedroom apartments. Both of them are situated on top of a restaurant (yay, free food!) internet access is included in rent. We're on Barkley st! Near all the hip Indian and Argentinian restaurants! The rooms are large enough to hold a small house party (but don't do that, unless you invite me) you've got a small cold kitchen, but it'll do your food nice and hot. A bathroom like you see in drug dealer apartments in American movies, but oh boy the water pressure will splash your skin off :) Free food here and there, bills split when they arrive, and if they don't, well then hey no bills (they'll probably arrive though). The rooms are fully furnished. Queen sized beds and wardrobes. Light globes are pretty dim but the light through the window is pretty much top notch. (Lights can be changed) A couple of minutes down the road, you've got the beauty of small China and it's markets! Fresh produce all year round. We're literally 10 min drive to the city, 5 minute walk to west Footscray station, bus stops just out front. Not much backyard space, but then again, the world is our backyard :) parking is on street or on the side. The rooms have hard wood floors, Victorian style high ceilings, beautiful (uniquely) painted walls. It really is a diamond amongst the rocks. Come have a look, you'll bloody love it!

It is only 3 years old and in a smaller complex of approximately 20 apartments with a lovely wood panelled façade adjacent to a converted old pub building that makes up part of the complex. The place is split over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 2 toilets, European laundry (with washing machine only) and open plan living/dining/kitchen and a balcony. It is fully furnished, including the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size ensemble bed, bedside table, large chest of draws and wall to wall built ins. Doona, pillows and linen also provided, and there is on-street parking and secure bike racks available. The upstairs living area has reverse cycle air con, and both downstairs rooms have electric wall heaters. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, and plenty of kitchen gadgets (sandwich press, pressure cooker, coffee maker).
