About the property
I have several spare rooms in my recently renovated home here in Sunshine. Rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light and individual aircon units. Some rooms come with mini-ensuites.
Its a very spacious home with easy access to public transport and Sunshine centre!
Only a short stroll to buses, and a few minutes from Sunshine centre for trains, shopping and all the fantastic Vietnamese restaurants!
We're a pretty chill household but love to share a meal or banter in the Kitchen.
Rooms are currently furnished with a queen bed (can be removed). Additional furnishings can be provided as needed.
Common areas I cleaned regularly by professional Cleaner, and there isn’t outdoor barbecue/patio area to enjoy the Melbourne summer!
Not suitable for pets or couples - sorry!
