It is a security building and is about 350m to Carlton Railways Station, 200m to Kogarah Oval (St George's Stadium) and 500m to St George's Public Hospital. The train will get you to Mascot in 15 minutes, the Sydney CBD in about 25, to Bondi Junction in 35 and Cronulla about 40. The nearest beach will be Sans Souci about 3Km or Brighton-Le Sands a bit closer. I have been living here nearly 6 years and is a nice neighbourhood, mostly quite with good people in this block of flats. It is close to Kogarah, Rockdale and Hurstville shopping centres. I have a spare bedroom in my 2 bedroom villa located 5 minutes walk from Rockdale station (which is just 20 minutes from the CBD). Solar panels allow me to run my ducted air conditioning virtually any time which keeps the whole home comfortable at all times.
