I am looking to rent out 2 rooms upstairs preferably to two friends, on a long term basis for a minimum of 4 months. The rooms are furnished with new queen size beds and a very large wall to wall built-in wardrobe with drawers. You will share one very large bathroom upstairs. Our house is huge with a big sunlit deck, backyard and front yard, separate dining room, kitchen and living room (comfortably fits two couches!). Even better, it's only a 5-minute walk to Carlton train station, 10-minute walk to Kogarah station (where there's both an Aldi and a Woolies) and 22-minute train ride to Central. The toilet is in one room and the 'bathroom' (with shower, bathtub and sink) is in another so we don't have issues with 'queuing'. If you prefer the beach then it is a walk across the main road and you are there. The local shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you want to catch a bus into the city or to the local train station (10 minute bus ride ) there is a bus stop 100 metres away.
