The location is awesome. Just a 6 min drive to the beach with access to buses and a 10 min walk to Kogarah or Rockdale train stations. 500 m from the mall with unlimited restaurant options, woolies, Coles, Big W. Free, street parking is available.
Bills are additional to the rent and will be equally divided between tenants. Approx. $25-35/ wk.
