Hi all, I'm looking for a short-term flatmate to share my 2-bedroom 2-bathroom security apartment with a like-minded single person. You will have the north-facing spacious 2nd bedroom, plus the main bathroom all to yourself. The room has a built-in wardrobe; current flatmate is moving out with furniture, but we can negotiate furnishings if required. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are fully furnished, plus we'll share a large sunny balcony. The building has lift and intercom, and we have a designated lock-up storage space downstairs. All double-brick, so very well insulated. The apartment is located on a quiet street, on the corner of Kensington St and Moorefield Ln. It's just 400m (5min walk) from Kogarah station and shops (inc Woolworths and Aldi), and 300m from St George Hospital and TAFE. The room is available from Jan 1 (or whenever my current flatmate moves out), until end of February when I move out too. $290 per week (+ $20 to include all bills inc gas/electricity/internet). Sorry no couples.

**PERFECT LOCATION - GREAT PRICE - BEST FLATMATE** I’ve been renting here for just over a year and absolutely love the place. My previous flatmate moved out solely for the reason that she joined the Police Academy down in Goulburn, so am now looking for someone to share this place with. It’s about a 7-10 min walk to Kogarah town centre, a quiet street, neighbours you hardly see, and very spacious. The place is fully furnished, apart from your room, with internal laundry and a small balcony. You will have an undercover carport within the premises, which will solely be for you. The room can fit a double bed and has built in wardrobes. The room fills with sunlight. Rent is $450 per week therefore $225 per week each. We have internet that will be shared between us (this is with TPG and is $60 per month shared between us). The only other bill is the electric. There are no other bills.

The room is suitable for one single person and comes partially furnished (optional). Please note that the bed frame pictured in the image won't be available. Rockdale Plaza is 5 minutes walk with Aldi, and Woolworths, and a 20 minutes walk to the beach at Brighton Le Sands which is great in summer. Smokers are fine only that the building has a non-smoking policy so you would have to smoke outside on the street.
