House Rules :

1. 6 months stay at least
2. 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks key security and 2 weeks rent in advance
3. Rent should be paid strictly on time
4. Kitchen should be left as it was after cooking, clean and tidy
5. This apartment is not for party people or regular visitor
6. No smokers

Additional person : extra $50/week.
