Kitchen items are optional as there is already ample here, however if you bring your own there is room for them in the kitchen. Kitchen is recently renovated with plenty of storage and a butlers pantry coming. Nespresso coffee machine because without the coffee the walking and talking thing doesn’t happen. Bathroom has a shower, bath (not deep) and basin. Separate toilet because there is nothing worse than needing to pee and having someone using the shower. There is a second toilet and shower outdoors in the affectionately named Private Members Club (there is a story behind it that’s both amusing and disturbing all in one), it just needs some TLC (which it’s getting!). On that note - the house is still having some ongoing renovations but these will not impact on liveability or functionality.

The house has spacious living with access to unlimited internet included in your weekly rent. The room is decked out with either a double or queen bed, study desk and office chair, along with a built in wardrobe and drawers. We also have an evaporative air con and heater along with a shared tv. Would work great for a uni student, as I’m a student myself and I know how expensive it can be to camp out at the uni! Partly furnished property, just missing the odd item like a tv, rent is fairly cheap, internet is only $20 a month. Bills will be spilt between the the household equally. Within walking distance to the uni and Estella medical, while only being a short drive into town. We also have a fire pit in the yard if thats your cup of tea.
