Furnished bedroom to rent in a spacious home. There is one other flatmate in the home as well as myself. I maintain the home and garden and ensure everyone is comfortable and happy.
The home has a relaxed atmosphere, and the room is private and quiet.
The room is air conditioned, has built in robes and linen supplied.
The home is open plan living with ducted cooling throughout and a woodfire for colder months.
It has beautifully maintained lawns and gardens, Verandahs, BBQ and sitting areas both inside and outdoors.
Ideally, the room is suited to those working full or part time in hospitals, nursing homes, or the like, or other professionals who will appreciate a beautifully furnished, comfortable, quiet, exceptionally clean home.
There are lots of great things about living in this area- many restaurants, Coles, Aldi, IGA and food works with in walking distance.
You will find plenty of walking tracks bike tracks great for the all round athletes with Gyms and ovals close by.
The university is a 10 minute drive or catch the bus out the front .
Hospitals are with in walking distance or a short drive with nursing home a 5 minute walk.
There is Off street parking with secure lock up car port (4 car parking).
This is a safe and quiet Area to live a very nice and comfortable place to call home.
