Hello :) We are looking for an individual or couple (aged 25 to 90) to move into our beautiful, peaceful home in the Palmwoods, Eudlo area. The property is set on 10 acres of bushland and is only 7 mins drive to the main shopping area of Palmwoods. There is a dam on the property as well as a number of rainwater tanks. You will be renting the enormous master bedroom with ensuite and large walk in robe. This room overlooks the beautiful forest outside and has a private access to the large deck (also overlooking the bush). This bedroom is placed on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms affording further privacy. The house is furnished (we welcome any additions) but bedroom is unfurnished. The room is $300 for an individual or $320 for a couple, bills inclusive. Should you wish to you will also have the opportunity to rent an office opposite the master bedroom for an additional $40. Would prefer someone working or studying full time. Start date negotiable but would need to move in by early to mid March 2018. Smoking negotiable - smokers welcome if willing to smoke outside and away from the house. Two weeks advance rent and two weeks bond required. Palmwoods is a lovely small village nestled amongst organic farms and nurseries. It has a vibrant cafe and entertainment culture and there is an aquatic centre. The Duplex is new and beautifully furnished. It is very quiet and peaceful as it is at the end of a battle axe block. The living areas access a deck with views across to the creek. Air conditioning in living areas and ceiling fans in all rooms. The available bedroom has built-ins, large window with blinds overlooking front garden and can accommodate double bed and side tables. On street parking available. My mobile broadband can be accessed as well as Netflix.

The house has a beautiful open plan which carries out onto a great large deck that overlooks an abundance of green with little peeks out to the Blackall Range. The bedroom is a good size and has built in wardrobes but other bedroom furniture is needed. All rooms have ceiling fans and the living space has an aircon for the super hot days. You will have a bathroom mostly to yourself also. If you have a green thumb you are welcome to get involved in the garden.
