About the property
62 acre property, the cottage is about 100 meters away from everyone else. You will require a 4wd vehicle with suitable tires during the rainy/wet season, or you will have to walk the 150 meters or so from main road. Also there is an outdoor kitchen, a composting toilet and an outdoor shower. You will also need to deal with your toilet waste, pretty easy if you are use to this lifestyle. If all the above still has you interested give me a call as you will love the privacy and the serenity. Ideally looking for someone who would like some extra paid work with me gardening and maintaining the property, but not necessary as I can just pay someone else to help me. Give me a call and we can chat about the place. Electricity and rain water is included in rent but you must pay for gas for cooking and hotwater.
