Room 1 is most of the downstairs area of of the main house including a large open-plan dining/living area with a kitchenette, your own bathroom/toilet, and separate bedroom. Laundry is shared as is upstairs kitchen/cooking facilities. I can provide some furniture or none - depending on what you need. There is also a small patio outside the dining area which is lovely and sunny in the Winter. [Note - the kitchenette is yours to be used for simple things like cereal breakfast, tea/coffee, toast, but all major cooking to be done in the shared kitchen upstairs]
Room 2 is a granny flat in a separate building, and includes open plan bedroom/living area, own bathroom/toilet and a small kitchenette. Laundry is shared as is the upstairs kitchen/cooking facilities. I can provide some furniture or none - depending on what you need. [Note - the kitchenette is yours to be used for simple things like cereal breakfast, tea/coffee, toast, but all major cooking to be done in the shared kitchen upstairs]
