I have recently purchased this property and am looking for a female flatmate. It is close to bus stops into Geelong CBD as well as to the local shopping plaza in case you don't have a car. It is also very close to a gym and pool. There is a little shopping strip at the end of the street for when we run out of toilet paper! (or just want some chips and gravy!) I have a big labradoodle who is a giant sweetie plus an excellent guard dog. She chills out inside most of the time. Since this is a three bedroom property (and there will only be two of us in total living here) I have a queen size bed for the spare room which will double as a guest room and office. But if you need some furniture I have enough movable wardrobes etc and you could also borrow the bed. The sun room is a beautiful spot to sit in the morning and have breakfast. There are two sheds with good locks on them that you can store things you don't need at the moment. The fridge is definitely big enough for 2x people's food. There is also a large backyard with a bit of an established garden. The security is quite good with lots of big locks and multiples doors to get through.

This a great little gem of a house with carpet in the bedrooms and tiles in the hallway. It is perfect during the summer but a bit cold during the winter. It has a massive back yard from which can be seen a golden domed orthodox church over the fence. It has peaceful kind of feel about it. There is also three fruit trees and one walnut tree all of which have been fruiting in season. Bell Park is a pretty quite neighbourhood. There are local shops a minutes walk away and for the budget conscious an AldI about ten minutes drive away.

This house is situated in Geelong West which makes it ideal for students (10 minutes from Deakin and Geelong CBD) and a great centerilized location for many other activities. Jamie and I have busy full time work but enjoy many of the activities the area has to offer. Being so close to Geelong CBD it is a cheap Uber and is also situated close Pakington Street and to other social hubs. We’d love for a fun, interesting house mate to move in that will love to party but also has the same work commitments as we do.
