About the property
380 Forest Road North Lara, is set on 180 acres of farmland nestled between Serendip Sanctuary and the You Yangs Regional Park. The area offers a quiet and serene location to stay and enjoy the local wildlife, study, or to rest after a long day at work. In terms of location the property is also only a 25 minute drive to Geelong, or a 8 minute drive to Lara Train station where you can catch a train to Southern Cross station, Melbourne in approximately 50 minutes. Finally, within the property itself you'll enjoy a large front and back yard, often visited by my two horses, plenty of green grass and peace and quiet.
Rent includes bills, wifi, a fridge and your room, and the living room TV is shared between all tenets as well as myself.

About the flatmates
Hi, my name is Joe and I am an easy-going hobby-farmer who loves animals, and my farm. When not working the farm I am working full time, and am looking to rent out some spare rooms to like-minded people who enjoy the wide open space and serenity that farming has to offer. I like to keep busy, and am often outside tinkering in my shed, or taking care of the livestock in my spare time.
