The house is tucked away on a quiet street with lovely neighbours. The location is a few minutes walk to Semaphore beach and the train station. Hi I have a studio for rent in the Semaphore area. The large house is 2 mins walk from the beach and 1 min away from the train station. Very large studio (roughly 8m- 5m) $200.00per week all bills and unlimited internet included in the Largs bay area. Other things included in the rent is washing powder, cleaning products and toilet paper etc. It says the studio has its own bathroom I dont know how to change this. There is only one bathroom and it is shared. I own the house. -Short term or long term -$ 400 bond + two weeks rent in advance. -Has a small kitchett with sink -Own entrance with your own court yard and small garden. -Attached to main house so you are able to use the larger kitchen and backyard gardens. -One street back from the beach and 2 min walk to the train station (takes about 25 mins to get into town) -Has air conditioning -Long term or short term. -Smoking is ok but only outside. -Off street parking -Lots of sitting area. This house has an alternative feel to it and you are welcome to do whatever you like in the studio ie paint it ect. -Pets are ok however, we cant have another dog. It had polished floorboards throughout as well as a wood heater with a large kitchen. It is in a quiet street with of off street parking and is a secure property. This house is located just a 10 minute drive from the beach, a 3 minute walk to the servo, and just a 5 minute drive to the local shopping mall which has a Coles, a Kmart, and a Reject Shop. The house is furnished excluding the room up for rent. We have unlimited internet supplied by iinet that is included in the rent, along with split cycle air conditioning in the lounge room and ducted air conditioning into all the bedrooms and the lounge. All of the bedrooms have their own lock on the door. The most generic rule we have here is if you don't buy the food, don't eat the food. The only other thing we ask is that you lock the main door when you leave. One thing that you should know before coming in is that the back and front yard are about to undergo major renovations via the Landlord. The rent will not be going up, but we will be getting off-street parking in the front yard and the back yard will be getting done up. The reason I mention this is because it's more than likely not suitable for a dog whilst this is happening.

Premises is on the Main road -so you will hear more traffic than usual. If you are a light sleeper, robably not for your. However, previous flatmates didnt find any problems with it. If you dont have a car - Bus stop in front of my place. Bus 157 goes directly to North Terrace in the city via Port Road. Or get off at West Lakes interchange and take the H30 Bus to the city. Or you can cycle to nearest train stop at Ethelton and take train to city. Bus goes to nearby lovely Semaphore Village and historic Pt Adelaide. Semaphore village is a nice 25 minute walk along esplanade. Do have spare bike if you like to cycle along the beaches. Looking for someone older than 30 years old.
