-This relatively new property that was built in 2016. It in an excellent location for access to the CBD and beach. It is spacious, clean, simple, modern-vibe house with a black/white/grey colour scheme. It is conveniently situated for public transport with bus/train within walking distance.
-This property is fully-furnished internally in ways of the two bathrooms, kitchen, living area and dining room. This is inclusive of a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, dining table/chairs, coffee table, television cabinet and all the essential smaller appliances etc. The bedroom is completely vacant for the personal furnishings that you wish.
-As for externally, I have an expansive verandah with the option to be enclosed in the way of blinds, screen doors to maximise comfort throughout the climatical changes in the year for the use for dining/entertainment. There is a television in the verandah but I don’t currently have one in the internal living area yet. I have an outdoor extendable dining table/chairs, an outdoor sofa lounge and the appliances ready that are to be assembled into an outdoor kitchen to which I’m in the process of completing. This includes a six burner barbeque, kegerator, sink, tap and a minbar.
-I have super lovely neighbours. <3
-I have a panel-doored single garage, a six metre driveway and street is a wide road with plenty of room for extra parking if required.
-The house is installed with ducted air-conditioning.
-The property has a shed (five metres x three metres) with a heavy-duty racking system, work bench, a cabinet and some power/hand tools inclusive of gardening equipment.
-The property has internet set-up to which I’m including this in the price of rent.
-I have a Puratap installed/maintained.
-There is a playground equipped with two tennis courts at the end of the road.
-The property has a large letterbox with the capacity to hold packages securely to minimise trips to the post office.
-This property has two bathrooms inclusive of the ensuite connected to the master room which is the only one I use. The main bathroom is the predominantly my housemate’s bathroom. I don’t use much unless I take the occasional bath or utilitize the basin area to do make-up/hair as there is more bench and mirror space. As you can see in the images displayed it is a three-way bathroom where the shower/bathroom is a separate lockable room, the toilet cubicle is a lockable room and the basin/cupboard space is in an adjacent open room.
-All bedrooms in this household are equipped with a roller shutters on the windows which provides high security/privacy, blacks out the room which is excellent for quality sleep, regulates temperature better and provides a barrier for any external noises. The bedroom that is available (three metres x three metres) has an added built-in mirrored wardrobe on top of that (not inclusive of the area space).
-The house is completely established but I’m continuing to make upgrades/additions like the outdoor kitchen as mentioned, solar panels/battery and a few smaller projects too eg. minor repairs, additional plants, furnishings etc.
I have lived here for nine years (three of those by myself) and can confirm that even as a young woman, I feel safe and secure here.

I am a thirty-one year old single female that has no children nor any pets.
I take great value in equality, respect, privacy, cleanliness/tidiness, hygiene, resourcefulness, consideration and responsibility. I am an independent, organized, open-minded, down to earth, flamboyant, athletic, artistic/creative, holistic individual that is has an appreciation for being resourceful and environmentally sustainable with a huge sense of humour.
I am professional, hard-working and career-driven; I work full-time as a boilermaker/welder and casual as a warehouse retail worker. It is quite common for me to be working six to seven days a week.
For the hours I have left, I don’t spend much time at home. I am often doing various dance, burlesque and fire-spinning classes and am currently an amateur performer. I am heavily into self-development, so I do a lot of work and events around that. I am passionate health and fitness and have been known to be a gym junkie. I’m big on costuming, make-up, hair and styling and with this I also partake in a number of photoshoots. As a lover of music, expect me to be attending a fair share of concerts, festivals and every so often I go to various other shows of entertainment within the dance/burlesque/fire community. I do socialize with friends sometimes and I love the occasional night out but I don’t do this too regularly as my goals are my priority.
I don’t frequently have guests over but I am certainly welcoming of friends/family and would like to create more social opportunities within the household. I choose to eat a vegan diet usually in the means of meal preparation. I personally, have no concerns of what you wish to eat as I occasionally cook for those on an omnivorous diet too. I only mention this as I know other people may have preference for this.
