About the property
The house is located on a quiet street easy distance from all the important places - 5 min drive to Port Adelaide, 25 min to the City, 10 min to Semaphore Beach. It's only a 500m walk to the supermarket, and bus stop.
It has a large backyard which I've put quite a bit of effort into making lovely (I think). The veggie patch is begging for attention so feel to go wild and make it your own if that's your thing!!
I'm looking for housemates who want that homely feel, not just somewhere to crash. Ideally who are up for the occasional dinner together or wines in the backyard on a sunny afternoon... It's nice to know the people you live with!
The house is older and is pretty basic, but has a nice feel. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen, Air Con in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.

Heya, I'm Mel (36f) I grew up in Sydney and have been living in Adelaide for 7 years. I'm looking to find 1 more housemate to share my place with!
The house currently includes myself, Alessa (27f) a German skydiver, and Cody (30m) an Aussie who enjoys bouldering and the outdoors.
We run a friendly, supportive and communicative house.
I work full time for a music industry organisation, working from home.
When I'm not working I try to get out and do all the things I love - catching up with friends, bushwalking, climbing, cycling, beach days, eating and drinking delicious things and getting out to local gigs .
I have lived in a few share houses before and very much like to find the balance between hanging out and having our own space and privacy. I'm clean, friendly and respectful and looking for the same in others.
I have a Kelpie x Corgi named Bailey. He is an absolute cuddle bug. Being a dog person is a must, as he is an inside/outside dog.
