This unit is just a few metres away from the Kippax shopping centre and a major bus stop which frequently has busses driving to Belconnen. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 underground carparks. The laundry is in the second bathroom which has a washing machine and dryer. My cats litter will be in the second bathroom which is why I am offering the master bedroom with ensuite to be rented.
