If you are looking for a peaceful street and quiet neighbours, this home is for you.
The place is a spacious two bedroom apartment with seperate living/dining rooms, seperate toilet/bathroom/laundry rooms and a nice balcony. The building itself is just two apartments, one on top of the other, so it feels more like a townhouse. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and I would be happy to furnish it if you need (it's currently empty). The rest of the house is fully equipped so you won't need to bring anything else.

You'll have just one other roommate - a girl in her twenties 🙂 It's a peaceful house down for a movie night or keep to yourself, up to you.
Owner (me) is super relaxed and always happy to help with whatever you need! No shitty landlord specials here.
