Couple of bonuses to note about the room. First, the bed pictured is a king, which should give you an idea of the room size. The room also comes with a big wooden wardrobe and a medium sized desk if you like. They're out of view but against the wall opposite the windows. The house is fifteen minutes from Central via bus or lightrail both under a minute's walk. There is a double garage if you have a car. We do, but we tend to park on the street - it dead ends so we always find room. The house is a gorgeous 3-bed/1-bath set up on a relatively quiet street in Annandale (save the occasional whisper of an A380 overhead). Sweet little kitchen with a gas stove, dangerously comfortable couch in the lounge, and cute backyard set up with an outdoor laundry. We’re close to the 470 bus into the city, the 370 to Coogee Beach, and a 20m walk away from Stanmore train station. 10m walk from IGA and SupaBarn, and a 20m walk to Leichhardt with the holy trinity of Coles/Woolies/Aldi. Your room is in the middle of the house, just off from the kitchen and with a window looking out into the lounge room. It’s medium sized, but can easily fit a double bed, desk, and clothes storage (it comes unfurnished though). Rent is $250 a week, internet is $6 a week, and bills are split evenly and paid quarterly.
Hi! Our home is a one storey, three bedroom semi-attached house with hardwood floors throughout (no carpet), two bathrooms, a study room, living room, kitchen, atrium with dining area and a wooden deck. It is a beautiful period home typical of the inner west, with restored fireplaces, original non-working cast iron stove and stain glass doors and windows. However, the house was renovated 18 months ago and the kitchen and both bathrooms were completely re-done. The kitchen has all modern features, including dishwasher, gas stove and plenty of cupboard storage if you have appliances to bring along. There is one large bathroom with double basin vanity, shower and big bath tub. The second bathroom is much smaller but both showers can be used at the same time. We have a beautiful leafy back deck that is private and is a quiet haven from busy city life. The other appliances/features available to use are a separate washer and dryer, large TV, outside clothesline, limited storage, internet and netflix. Even though we are house share, the house has more of a homely, comfy and quaint feel to it.
My greyhound Evita and I have just moved into a 2br semi-detached house at the Anzac Bridge end of Rozelle. I want to first put it out there that this quirky little place has a bathroom that is only about 185cm high! I have nothing against tall people, so if you don't mind bending down to shower, feel free to message. It's an older, character-filled home with a separate lounge and kitchen, a private courtyard and an internal laundry. It's split level, with only my bedroom upstairs, so we wouldn't be living on top of each other. I'm happy to consider couples but then rent would be $325. It's a short walk to Darling Street and close to the shops and cafes of Rozelle and Balmain. It's less than ten minutes by bus to the city (15m during peak time). The bus stop is a couple of mins walk at the end of the street and the light rail is within walking distance too. The room is medium sized and a double bed is probably the right size to allow you to also fit in a wardrobe, etc. Your room is unfurnished, but otherwise I have pretty much all the necessary furniture (except a TV), but if you have stuff to contribute I'm sure we can work something out. I do have a wire wardrobe thingy (see pic) if you'd like to use it. If not, I'll get rid of it. Bills will be Internet (if you want it: I have unlimited data), electricity and water. The move in date is negotiable. I could make it earlier or later. Most importantly, you need to love (or at least tolerate) skinny, needy dogs. Sadly, I can't have any more pets.

Hello there! It's a great house with a nice backyard, you'll have your own room and a bathroom that you'll be using for your own 90% of the time. All bills are included in the rent, as well as a fortnightly clean from the cleaning ladies to keep the house absolutely sparkling. sparkling. Theres a lock up garage for 2 cars, and one is yours if you need it. I'm a small business owner with a huge love for wines and food, and I do have the occasional dinner parties or bbqs so you're more than welcome to join in. The house is not available till Feb next year, it's pretty close to the light rail. Just thought I'd post an ad and see if I can score a roommate for when I move in next year as well. Every space is a shared space, except for 2 out of 3 bedrooms where I'd be occupying. There will be occasional house guests (family) staying but they're pretty easy going so it shouldn't be a problem.
Our house is 10 minutes from the central city, 5 minutes walk to Darling Street and the Bay walk is at the end of our street - just some of the reasons why we love living here!! Our house is beautiful, large and bright. We have a separate living, dining and kitchen areas and a backyard with outdoor laundry. The bathroom is shared and has a separate bath and shower. The bedroom is a fairly decent size and is able to fit a double bed, side table and tall boy comfortably and has double built in wardrobes - potential of fitting a queen bed too! We don't like to have rules but are looking for some one who will clean up after themselves, considerate and is social. Bills covered in rent.

Hey guys! My boyfriend and I are moving to Canada in a few weeks and so we're looking for a couple to move into our room in our cute yellow townhouse in Annandale. Move in date would ideally be Saturday January 28th and two weeks rent $760 + $1660 bond required to move in. It is a great house in an awesome location on the main street (Booth Street) in Annandale across from the liquor store and Supabarn and many great cafes in the neighbourhood. The 470 bus to the city stops outside the house as well as the 370 bus which will take you to Coogee beach via Newtown. Also 10 min walk to the new Tramsheds. The house has air-conditioning (and a great heating system for the winter). The room is furnished with a bed, has a built in wardrobe and we're happy to leave the drawers and bedside table if you want them. You would have to sign onto the lease though it is only month to month so there is no fixed term.

Broadway shopping centre is really close with most major retailers. Buses stop right out the front and run services to Central, Martin Place, Balmain, Leichardt, Newtown, Alexandria, Coogee and loads more. The Light Rail is only 5 minutes walk away. You can walk to Darling harbour in 35 minutes, Circular key in less than an hour. Central station is also only about 30 minutes walk away. There are plenty of great running and cycling tracks around, loads of parks nearby as well as dog friendly areas. The Master Bedroom is large with enough space for a king or queen bed.
