I'm downstairs, and Ben the other housemate is towards the back of the house, with the bedroom on offer towards the middle of the house. The house has a shared bathroom, peaceful courtyard and rear street access to a cul-de-sac for when parking gets tough out the front (which can often be a problem in these inner city places). Also positioned a short 5-10min walk to cafes, restaurants, pubs, express CBD transport, Callan Park and the Bay Run. Everything else in the place is pretty well set up, but always open to changing things up a bit. A love of dogs is an absolute must (we share the place with a 2 year old border collie).

I do have two different rooms available until February 11th 2019, until which we can decide whether we continue with the lease or not. One a single bedroom on the entrance floor with a detached bathroom for $280. This room is cosy, however great being downstairs! This bedroom however does not have any wardrobe available, but will definitely fit either drawers or a stand up. There is also a large master bedroom upstairs with shared bathroom which is $320. This bedroom is absolutely huge and has more than enough wardrobe space, with a large outdoor patio, with sliding door access, great light and a lovely place to sit in the winter with a coffee. The suburb is quiet and leafy, great street with friendly neighbours always willing to lend a hand! The house itself is clean and nicely done up. We have a massive backyard great for summer. Just signed an one-year lease with the landlord. This house has windows on 3 sides of the house which bring breeze in and out. There is a private courtyard underneath a big tree which provides a very cool and comfortable area. There is no garage area but plenty of space on the street. The house is very quiet and private. However, it takes only a 5-min walk to the nearest bus stop which brings you to the city though the map shows it is further away from the bus stop. There is also lots of restaurants alongside the road so you will never get hungry. I really want to make this place a home to all occupants so feel free to share your ideas how you want this place to be like and we will make it happen together. I have found a property in Leichhardt which will soon be coming up for lease. It is a spacious four bedroom house with a backyard, deck, bathroom and separate toilet, and is all up $980 p/w.
