About the property
Hello!
I currently have a spare room available between 2nd - 12th February. All bills are included in the weekly rent.
You will be staying with me and my two very laidback and friendly British Shorthair cats (Reeko & Yuki) in a beautiful 2 bedroom house with a stunning view of the city from the balcony in the heart of Lilyfield. Close to Rozelle, Balmain, Leichhartd, Broadway shopping centre, parks, and the CBD.
Public transport is easily accessible, with a 8 minute walk to the Lightrail, and walking distance to a few buses.
The house has all the usual amenities / appliances and is fully furnished. Your bedroom is spacious, with built-ins, queen bed, side table, and desk.
There is only one bathroom which we will share.
Street parking is available if you have a car.

About the flatmates
I work in the marketing/creative field as a Project Manager.
I describe myself as a friendly, chilled, and a social person.
During my spare time, I also DJ and love having a mix at home during the weekends. I love music especially techno, house, drum and bass, post rock, shoegaze, and hiphop...if you love music as much as I do we'd get along :)
I enjoy cooking and these days cook at home mostly, with the occasional Ubereats takeaway. I enjoy kicking back at home but also love hanging out with my friends, exploring new cafes/eateries, going to a gig/music event, art exhibitions, or walks.
Other interest are pilates, film/movies, matcha, nature, photography, and anything artsy.
