My two lovely roommates are leaving and I’ve just renewed the lease on this beautiful home in Lilyfield.

💃🏼 I’m looking for two new people to join the house. I’m flexible with the length of stay, though a minimum of 6 months would be ideal. Ideally one person would join the lease with me.

🗓️ Move-in dates:
• Room 1 available from around 10 February
• Room 2 available from 9 March.🏡 The house is fully furnished. The current bedroom furniture can be taken over from the outgoing housemates if desired.

🛌 Both rooms are bright and cosy, with built-in wardrobes and blackout blinds.

💶 Rent: $350 per room, paid fortnightly
• Bond: approx. 4 weeks’ rent

🏡 The house is a three-bedroom, two-level home.
• Downstairs: living room, kitchen, laundry & toilet
• Upstairs: three bedrooms and the main bathroom
• Plus a massive backyard and front garden. perfect for relaxing or having friends over.

😎 House vibe:
Not a party house, but definitely a social and comfortable one. Chats after work, movie nights and the occasional drink with friends. Looking for people who enjoy a calm, friendly home and like living with others rather than just sharing a roof.
