We’re looking for a new housemate to join our beautiful Alexandria apartment as one of our roomies is moving out due to family reasons. Our place has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and loads of space. The apartment has 4m high ceilings throughout all rooms, along with a loft space above the kitchen for storage. There are shops within walking distance and East Village shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive away. If you have a car there is unlimited parking outside the apartment on the street. Public transport in the area is very easy, we're less than a 15 minute walk from Mascot station, or there are multiple buses (including an express) that travel to the city from right outside the building. The available room is 3.9m x 3.6m, fit a queen size bed comfortably and come with built in robes. Rooms are unfurnished.
