About the property
Awesome property, in an amazing location next to a bus into the CBD and 3 minutes walk to the beach. It's all good. You can see the ocean, it has a wrap around balcony, cafe below, Coogee Bay Rd. 5 mins walk away. Like, it's really lush. 1 room is available for $500 per week, I'm getting a lot of enquires and want to get it handled ASAP. Bills aren't included, but average out $10 per week. Internet not included. But good living is in abundance. Vegetarian and not working from home is preferred. Seriously, this place is great. Cheers, Pete

About the flatmates
I'm Pete, I'm an easy going type who likes to keep things clean around the house, and in the relationships I keep with friends and housemates. I work from home, but not all the time - I'm a business coach and facilitator doing workshops on zoom, or in workplaces around Sydney, interstate and overseas. I'm not around much during the week, and it works better if the new housemate doesn't work from home - cos it gets crowded. You'll be sharing the place with Vinod, a chemical engineer who's never home, and me. The room available is the larger room. Fun place to live, life is better in style.
