Welcome to a great flat in Coogee! We are looking for a couple to share our flat in Coogee. 5 min walk to the beach, 8 min walk to Coogee pavilion and 2 min walk to bus station witch will take you to Randwick, CBD and Bondi Junction. The room comes with a huge wardrobe with mirrors and two bedside tables. We can provide with a queen size air mattress, its not to shabby but if you want a "real" bed you will have to provide that for your self. The room fits a queen size bed anyways. The apartment has a nice living room with a big couch and eating table as well. We currently do not have a TV, but we are getting one soon. The kitchen is big and have a lot of cupboard space, microwave, toaster, water boiler and a big fridge. The bathroom is clean with a shower, bathtub and toilet. We also have a huge terrace witch we share with the neighbor apartment. (we have plans to get some furniture and a BBQ). There is a washing machine in the apartment, and we have access to dryers but those cost $2 per use. There are loads of drying racks on the property so we just use them instead. Also there is loads of storage room. Note that the price is per person! Full price for two people will be $425 Bills for internet and electrical comes on the side and shared on all tenants.
