Someone who is studious, tidy, quiet with a professional attitude. Courteous and respectful of my furnishings and my house. Friendly. Non smoker. Airconditioning and heating, blockout blinds, internal laundry, spacious north facing home. Professional cleaning and bills included. I have two beautiful small doggies who live indoors.

Sharing a fully furnished 3 bedroom SEMI-detached house in Randwick/Coogee. 10min walk to Coogee Beach. 20 minutes walk to UNSW and 40 mins transport to USyd and UTS. Close to buses 313 to Bondi Jnct and 374 to Central, a 5 minute walk to 339, 373, 350 and 370 buses and a 10 minute walk to the light rail to Circular Quay. Near the Randwick, North Randwick and Coogee shops. Minimum stay 3 months, maximum stay 9 months or negotiable, prefer longer stay… 2 weeks advance notice if vacating. 2 weeks security deposit, (refundable). Only genuine inquiries.
