The location is perfect and only about 7 mins walk to the beach and Coogee Bay Road shops and a great cafe X74 is just up the road. Express buses to the city are only 100m away. Car space available and we have a small lock up garage that we use for storage but is pretty empty (could fit a small car). Rent is $305 per week (plus 4 weeks bond). My boyfriend and I love our flat in Coogee and are looking for a roomie to take the spare room and bathroom. We’re both very sociable and healthy and have been living in Sydney for 3 months working in the city. The flat is a great location ~ 5 mins walk to Coogee beach, close to bars, cafes restaurants and public transport. The flat is fully furnished - bedding included. The unit is just a block back from Coogee Beach and only a few minutes walk to bars, shops, gyms, and restaurants, with a bus stop to the City, Central Train Station, Randwick Shops and Bondi located at both ends of the street (Buses run to the City about every 10 minutes). The unit is bright, super clean and set up with a couch, dinning table, TV, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and loads of kitchen gear etc. There is no internet connected at the moment, as my previous flatmates and I both all have fairly big data plans, however I'm happy to discuss getting it connected. The room is large, private and unfinished with a huge mirrored 3 door built-in wardrobe, which include rods and shelving creating loads of hanging and storage space. I get a cleaner in every 2 weeks. There is a cleaning fee of $15 per week. The apartment is more like a house because it is spacious and has a large garden and outdoor area. The apartment is 2 mins walk to Coogee beach and 2 mins walk to the buses to the city and UNSW as well. It takes about 10 mins by bus to UNSW. Your room is huge! The apartment is bright and cosy. We have a garage for storage and a private laundry room plus a balcony so if you smoke it's no problem outside only of course. Even though its only one bathroom toilet and shower are seperate so you rarely run into those issues. Two minutes walk to the bus stop that will take you to the city, Circular Quay or Bondi. Fifteen minute walk to the glorious Coogee beach and Woolworths Banks and numerous restaurants. There is also a corner store one right across the road by the round about. You are super close to 2 bus stops one is on the Cnr of Mount and Oberon street where you can catch the 376, 377, X77 buses into the city. Bus takes about 20 mins. The other bus stop is behind us at Elphistone street and this is where you catch the bus to Bondi Junction . If you have a car city is 10 min away via Anzac parade. Huge Westfield East Gardens is 7 mins away via Gardeners Parade.
