We're a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus study apartment with clean and renovated living spaces. Access to a sun filled yard too.

Sharing with an easy going male UNSW exchange student (from the Netherlands) and me, a young male professional with plenty of flatsharing experience.

At this stage, we're only short listing Uni students for upcoming inspections, eg an exchange student. Available by approx 3 Feb.

Someone who's respectful and will fairly share in the work to keep the place clean and orderly but also join in the fun of housesharing.
