Hello! We have a gorgeous apartment on the first floor conveniently located one block from the beach. It comes with a fridge and a washing machine/dryer and is newly renovated. The kitchen overlooks a large frangipani tree and there's some common green space outside. We're happy to buy our old housemate's furniture or if not, can take whatever you might have also. I have a parking permit I am happy to transfer over if required, or we can negotiate the garage spot. We're really well serviced with public transport with the 372, X72, X73, 373, M50, 314, 313 and 353 all within 200 metres away and the Coogee bus stand is 2 blocks away meaning very little time waiting to go to wherever you need to go. We're about as close as physically possible to a beautiful park, Wylie's Bath and McIver's Baths and have a pretty sweet ocean view as soon as you step out of the apartment block. We're a 5-minute walk to Coogee Bay Road but live in a quiet street so we get peace and quiet but aren't far away from the action. This casual and cosy unit is close to Coogee Beach and the Eastern Suburbs coastal walks. Entertainment, Restaurants at The Spot Randwick are close enough to walk to and there's regular transport to the city and central station. It has some close by parks and open spaces and free to the public Tennis Courts are close by. The room is large, has a queen size bed and plenty of storage in the form of an Ikea type floor to ceiling wardrobe, and a tall boy for the essentials. The unit is attached to a larger 30 unit block is a horse shoe shaped, and our unit is away from the street and traffic noises. It's got security doors downstairs, and the neighbours are easy going, if you manage to see them at all. The unit is cool in the summer - a single fan is enough to cool the place, and small heater keeps it cosy in the cooler winter months. It gets the morning sun in the kitchen and bathroom, and the afternoon sun on the balcony. It's small enough to be easy to clean, but also large enough you can have your own space and chill out after a long day at work. It's got a TV, and a Foxtel connection available (not connected), internet WiFi and has a reasonable running cost per quarter if we take care and keep an eye out on the lights. It has a fair amount of natural light, or it can be night for day for those shift workers out there who need to sleep in the day.
