Hey everyone! 😊 INCREDIBLE location - 30 seconds and you're in the water. In summer, we swim every day! And when it's not summer I still swim every day! In Autumn, Winter and Spring you'll be able to watch whales leaping every single morning down by the beach.
I’m subletting my room in Coogee indefinitely from 16 March 2026, so I'm looking for individuals for 6+ months ($600/wk bills included).
Only accepting age range 25-35 just for lifestyle compatibility.
If you’re a single there is potential to join the lease as well the sublet would be more of a trial and then you’d join the lease after a couple of months. The lease only allows 3 people on the lease itself.
The room is fully furnished, super spacious, and gets great natural light! You’ll be sharing the house with my lovely housemates (couple) who have just moved to Australia from the UK. They’re super friendly and easygoing!
The house also has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces.
