About the property
My home is a very large spacious light filled two story located in Little Bay, approx 10 minute walk to Little Bay and La Perouse beaches, coastal National Park walking trails, cafes, shops and public transport to UNSW and the city etc.
The room is extra large with double floor to ceiling windows, double bed, huge mirrored wardrobe, side table, chest of drawers desk and a chair. The price is $380 per week and this includes bills (internet, electricity and water), there is also a one week bond.
The room is available to one non smoker, female person only. Students both international and local are welcome. The room is available from 13 February 2026.
The room is furnished however I am happy to remove my furniture if you would prefer to bring your own.
I also have a friendly little cat.
