UPDATE--> Great house in good condition...big backyard and lock up garage. 2 different rooms...the main one with aircon and more cupboard storage ($180/w), the 2nd double bed and fan ($150) and the 3rd room now being locked for storage. Close to highway, shops and schools. Large tv with foxtel/netflix set up but foxtel small additional cost monthly to keep up payments. 2 story...top level living areas, bottom is a garage with toilet, laundry and projector screen. Fans in every room and aircon in main bedroom and lounge room. Possibility to stay for a little longer....depending on owners return. Bills: Rates included, internet (great monthly deal) and electricity additional.

This is a very quiet house. It is a huge, modern 2 storey house. Definitely NOT a party house. We are close to both shops (Hyperdome and Beenleigh) and public transport. A TV point is also in the room. Average age, excepting me is 30yrs. People aged 25+, employed is essential, and a non smoker is preferred, but not essential.
