I have one bedroom for rent in my 5 bedroom home. There is myself, and one other person in the home, Dayna who moved in over 12 months ago; so the house will only ever have 3 people living here even though its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - the other rooms are just spare / office space. I am looking for one female tenant around 30-40 who work normal daytime hours.

THE GATED ESTATE:
You'll live in a 24hr security enclosed gated estate next to the Logan River in Cornubia - 2 mins behind the Hyperdome. There is zero crime here as you can't enter unless you're a resident or know one. It's a very, very quiet neighbourhood, very peaceful with mostly retirees and middle aged families.

Within the estate there is a golf course, tennis courts, a tavern and the estate has a public swimming pool and reception hall also. There are plenty of walking trails down by the river, along the perimeter or through the golf course you can also enjoy or ride. It's close to the Hyperdome, the M1 and public transport with a gym, Zaraffa's, fish n chips, medical, dental, bakery, bottlo, chemist, and Caltex servo all 100m away. Woolies is 2 mins down the road.

THE HOUSE & YOUR ROOM:
There are 2 large lounge rooms, a pool table room, a pool, a spacious patio, outdoor TV & bbq area, side carport on a corner block with side, front and back yards.

Bed5 - Office / PC

Your bedroom has air cond, as well as a fan, is well oversized and has its own seperate walk in robe and ensuite to yourself. There is a big long study desk with a window view of a small court yard in "Bed3". The bedroom also come with its own TV aerial connection and own unlimited NBN internet connection and I have alot of the streaming services like Netflix, Stan, Prime, Apple, Foxtel and more you're welcome to use!

BILLS:
All bills are paid by me, except the power bill, we split that evenly each quarter when it comes (as its a solar powered home, with solar hot water also, the power bill is generally pretty damn cheap each quarter).

Everything is provided, just bring your stuff, or utilise the furniture in the spare room! If I don't have it I simply buy it so we do. If you have any questions feel free to ask :)
