All units at Genesis 1 have 3 fully furnished en-suite bedrooms and the common area is shared with either 2 or 3 other students. The common area includes the lounge, dining, kitchen and laundry which is fully kitted with lounge suite, table and chairs, oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, all pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery, and finally the washing machine, dryer, iron etc. This unit has two levels with an air-conditioned common area which includes a kitchen, laundry, dining area and lounge, on one level and the 3 bedrooms and the laundry on the level above. The bedroom includes a king size single bed with a duvet and cover, two pillows and pillow cases, study desk, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe with full length mirror dorrs and own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The room rates include a provision for power/water and 3 gigabytes of internet per month. You can connect to the fast internet with an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. Additional internet can be purchased from the office in plans of 10/20/40/80/120/200/500 GB at $15/20/30/40/50/60/80 respectively. We have off road under cover parking. This parking will cost $10.00 per week with a once off access key charge of $50.
