Hi everyone.

We have this lovely brick built house with some great rooms for rent, located in a very convenient part of Sunnybank. Close enough to where you want to go, but tucked away on a nice quiet street.

We have 1 room up for grabs, all with built-in wardrobes or freestanding wardrobes, queen-sized beds, and a study desk and chair. The bed will even come with bed linen so they are all ready to go and just need you :) Naww

The best part about this house is the number of bathrooms. With 2 bathrooms/toilets in total, there will never be waiting for someone to finish their shower.

This location is terrific being only a 10-minute walk from Sunnybank Plaza and all the transport options this area provides, whilst still being tucked away enough to avoid the noise of busy roads and foot traffic! With off-street parking as well this place is perfect for drivers and walkers alike.

There are 5 rooms in total but we have 2 bathrooms to share between us all. Easy Peasy!

The rest of the house will come fully furnished. Everything from a washing machine, TV, plates and bowls, absolutely everything will be taken care of before you move in.

The new kitchen, with lots of fridge space, will also add to the functionality of this house.

We try to get a cleaning in each month to keep everything looking fresh, along with the yard maintenance.
