With a 5 minute walk from Miranda shopping centre and the station, the apartment is in a great spot. You will have a nice balcony to share which has the sun on it for most of the days, the apartment has a great breeze and is nice and cool even on those hot days. Your room itself has its own small balcony off it. The apartments comes with a lounge a tv, all provided by the the other housemate, there is also a washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher who doesn't love that. There is a snap fitness and fitness First 5 minutes up the road. As well as in Sylvania lwhich also has a 24 hours Kmart great for those spontaneous late night shopping trips.
