Beautiful waterfront estate, which has been updated. Awesome waterfront facilities, in a secluded bay on the port hacking. Your room has a large built in robe and is nice and big. Their is foxtel in the living room and its included in the rent. The house is fully furnished to a very nice level. Along with a very well equipped kitchen as I love to cook.
It's in a great area, with shops, transport and Cronulla only a 10min walk away. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from in the apartment, but I prefer to keep one free for guests. It is best to come and check the place out.

Room is in a large two-storey house in Bundeena in Royal National Park - just a 20 minute ferry ride to Cronulla or a 20 minute drive to Sutherland Station. Large double room (4m X 4m) with own private outdoor area immediately adjacent. Room is downstairs and very private - away from the other bedrooms and living areas which are all upstairs. I'm only here half the week so you'd have the house to yourself for half the week. 4 beautiful beaches and spectacular coastal cliffs just 15 mins walk from home - you can watch the whales swim by on their annual migration and go swimming at the beaches or in the stunning rainforest and waterfalls nearby - it's paradise here :)

Hi guys ! What I like about this unit it's got a great location it's close to everything ie beach, shops, trains, bus are all within 10 minutes walk from the unit . Also have a great bbq area with bbq of course! Have foxtel as well ! There are two toilet one upstairs and one downstairs and are separate from the bathroom . The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower.
The house is a 3 bedroom town house, on Port Hacking Road - 5 mins walking distance to the train. The house is completely furnished. We have towels, kitchen appliances, utensils, washing machine, dryer, fridge and BBQ + The bedroom for lease is unfurnished. It has a built-in robe and fits a queen bed and enough room for a bedside table. We have a double garage which is being used mostly for storage and can also be used by our new tenant for storage. Rent is $210 per week and includes all bills, internet and foxtel! The room is available immediately and the lease is signed up until February 2018 so there is potential for a 6-7month stay. We are asking for a bond of sorts, equivalent to 2 weeks rent upfront. This is to cover those on the lease for any damages of the property, un-expected loss of rent etc. We will request 2 weeks notice upon moving out to ensure sufficient notice to the remaining tenants. Nice quiet area that is close to the shop's train bus and a ten minute walk to the beach. We have foxtel and am looking at getting wi-fi hooked up soon. We all have a great back patio that gets the sun most of the day. And yes there's a bbq too !

Hey everyone, my lovely housemate is leaving me to go and travel the world and therefore I'm on the hunt for a new housemate! We are located about a 1min walk to the beach and also 1min to the mall so super convenient but also in a great spot that it's not super busy. The room will come unfurnished so you can make it your own and has a large built in wardrobe and can fit bedside tables easily. The rest of the house is funished with a large living area, kitchen and laundry. Ideally the moving date would be around The end of Oct 31st but potentially can be flexible a week or so 🙂
