This granny flat is a bit unique as it is contained within our family home. There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom with another girl (which has a bath, shower and vanity) - who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you both. Above all we have a drama-free and drug-free home! We're not party animals (well not in the house anyway hehe) and respect is THE biggest part of this great place. P.S. Large two-bedroom unit located in the heart of Cronulla. The train station is just 1 min by bike or a quick walk, the beach, RSL and a few restaurants and Esplanade are just across the road. Just a 4 min walk to Cronulla Mall and more shops and restaurants. The unit has everything you need. We've got an internal laundry, fully equipped kitchen and we've also got a little balcony, where we can have breakfast with an ocean few :) You'll have your own room. The room has a wardrobe and right now there's already a bed in there, but if you want to bring your own bed we can be flexible with furnishing.
