Only exception to a higher contribution is if noticeably high which should not be the case, as personal run from home businesses are against strata bylaws for this building, & listing targeted towards professionals, commuters, hospital workers, & uni students. Please be honest/courteous & offer to contribute more for utilities usage, if you know you'll be utilising facilities more, thankyou in advance. These living arrangements aren't cheap but they are convenient, central location, safe & secure so you can focus on work/study, & in a very convenient location to transport, uni & facilities, in the Wollongong CBD.
